Job Description
Two Rivers Country Club is seeking a responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable Horticulturist & Landscape Designer for an immediate full- or part-time, year-round position. Flexible scheduling is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop plans for clubhouse and golf course grounds
- Maintain plantings at the clubhouse, golf course
- Install seasonal annuals and supervise installation crews
- Manage ordering and scheduling for landscape projects
- Take care of Clubhouse grounds including mowing, edging, blowing, weeding/watering plants
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, selection, and installation techniques
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting hourly pay $19.00, commensurate with experience
- Full-time benefits to include medical, dental, life, and disability insurance as well as paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave
