AI/ML Python Engineer - Azure Platform

Description : Role : AIML Python Engineer Exp : 7-12 Years Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid) - Quick JoinerWe are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Python Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions on Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, or similar cloud platforms. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and scalable Python microservices.Key Responsibilities : - Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, MCP-based systems).- Build scalable Python applications, REST APIs, and AI-powered microservices.- Design multi-agent orchestration flows (Planner/Worker/Critic models) with checkpointed, resumable execution.- Develop enterprise RAG systems (ingestion ? embedding ? retrieval ?

grounded synthesis).- Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, observability, and cost optimization strategies.- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices (CI/CD, MLOps, testing, monitoring).- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI architectures.Must-Have Skills : - Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask/Django, RESTful APIs, Docker & Kubernetes.- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama/Qwen, etc.).- Experience in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Structured Outputs (JSON/schema).- Built agentic systems using LangGraph, LangChain, Temporal, ADK, or similar.- Delivered production-grade RAG pipelines with hybrid search & enterprise data sources.- Implemented guardrails (prompt injection defense, role-based tool access, PII-safe logging).- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps, model evaluation & telemetry monitoring.Ideal Candidate : - Strong understanding of transformer architecture & LLM behavior- Experience tuning decoding parameters & optimizing inference cost/latency- Built at least one production AI system with monitoring & governance- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (ref: hirist.tech)
