Freelance Animator – Event Visuals (Mid-Senior Remote Role)

This role involves creating dynamic Wild West-themed animation videos for a high-profile corporate summer gala. The animations will be displayed on a large 8m x 3m LED video wall, serving as the main stage backdrop during the event. The ideal candidate will bring the Wild West atmosphere to life through engaging visual effects and storytelling, ensuring the content is visually impactful for a live audience.

The project requires delivery of 3 to 4 short animations by June 4th, 2026, with the event taking place on June 5th, 2026. Remote collaboration is welcome, and there is potential for future projects based on performance.

Deliverables

• Design and produce 3 to 4 short Wild West-themed animation videos tailored for a large LED stage backdrop
• Ensure all animations are optimized for an 8m x 3m LED display, maintaining high visual quality and clarity
• Collaborate with the event production team to align creative direction and technical requirements
• Deliver final animation files in the required format by the specified deadline
• Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly to meet client expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in animation and VFX, particularly for large-scale event displays or stage backdrops
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and visual effects in themed environments
• Proficiency with industry-standard animation and VFX software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Availability to deliver the project by June 4th, 2026
• Experience with LED screen content creation is highly desirable
