Freelance 3D Designer

This opportunity is for a skilled 3D Designer to support a residential development project in Spain during its feasibility and investment preparation phase. The role involves producing high-quality exterior architectural visualizations, including 2–4 renders that accurately reflect massing, materials, lighting, and integration with the surrounding environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong portfolio of real estate development projects and possess the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback. This partnership may extend to future projects if the collaboration proves successful.

Deliverables

• Create 2–4 exterior renders based on provided architectural plans
• Develop accurate massing models reflecting the proposed development
• Apply realistic materials and lighting to enhance visual appeal
• Integrate renders seamlessly with the surrounding site context
• Deliver fast iterations and revisions as required
• Provide clear examples of previous real estate development visualizations

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural visualization for real estate development (exterior focus)
• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar)
• Strong understanding of architectural plans and ability to translate them into compelling visuals
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Excellent attention to detail in materials, lighting, and environmental integration
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Availability for ongoing collaboration on future projects
