Digital Marketing – Freelance

This interim role is ideal for a growth-focused digital marketing specialist with a passion for driving paid acquisition in the B2B SaaS sector. You will be responsible for managing and scaling paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube, with a focus on optimizing performance through data-driven strategies. The position requires a proactive approach to campaign management, continuous testing, and collaboration with the broader marketing team to support initiatives such as landing page optimization and content promotion.

Deliverables

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize ROI
• Develop and refine conversion-focused ad copy and creative assets
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution using GA4, HubSpot, and other analytics tools
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on broader marketing initiatives, including landing page improvements and content promotion
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform strategy adjustments

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally for B2B SaaS or developer tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube advertising, and emerging paid channels
• Experience with GA4, HubSpot, and attribution frameworks for accurate tracking and reporting
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and content promotion strategies
