Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail oriented Senior 3D Artist with a strong understanding of stylized visual design and material driven aesthetics. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high quality 3D assets that combine digital precision with handcrafted-inspired textures and finishes. This role requires a strong eye for form, lighting, and materials, along with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling 3D outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and stylized assets based on project briefs,
• Develop assets across styles such as low-poly, voxel, and material driven aesthetics.
• Simulate and replicate handcrafted textures including clay, fabric, paper and textiles.
• Ensure accuracy in geometry, topology, lighting, shading, and rendering.
• Produce multiple variations while maintaining consistency in style and quality. Optimize models and assets for intended use (render, real-time, or production pipelines).
• Document workflows, processes, and asset metadata clearly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback efficiently.
