About the Role

Join our GenAI delivery organization to build enterprise-grade AI systems for leading financial clients in NYC. This is a hands-on principal-level engineering role focused on AI agents and production LLM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI agent systems using LangGraph
• Build production-grade RAG systems
• Own backend services in Python
• Optimize scalable AI workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders

Required Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years hands-on with LLMs and GenAI systems
• Strong Python + SQL
• LangGraph mandatory
• Cloud platform experience
• Experience building production AI systems
