This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the organization, with a focus on AI, ML, and agentic engineering talent.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">The ideal candidate is a strategic operator — someone who recruits with the end in mind, builds trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and closes competitive offers without flinching.
