Aero Structural Lead - (UAV)

What You'll Do

• Lead design & validation of UAV aerostructures
• Ensure structural integrity & weight optimization
• Collaborate across aero, propulsion & avionics teams
• Guide material selection & certification
• Mentor engineers and champion innovation

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
• 10 + years in structural design & analysis
• Expertise in composites, metallics, advanced manufacturing
• Skilled in CATIA, NX, ANSYS, NASTRAN , Composites: Fibersim
• Strong leadership & problem-solving mindset

Preferred: UAV program experience, additive manufacturing knowledge, and passion for aerospace innovation.

Location: One Hub, Thiruporur,Chennai
