Technical Account Manager

Tundra Sales Inc. is growing again and requires the expertise of a Mining Technical Account Manager. The successful individual will develop and grow business prospects for Drilling and ground engagement products. Supply a high-level of technical assistance within the prescribed territory. Working within the company matrix organization, in close cooperation with the other company departments, to ensure all business is followed through to end users. Key Objectives

· Build & develop strong relationships and maintain regular contact with key individuals in the construction & mining industry within your territory promoting Tundra’s products, equipment & services.

· Products include surface drill tooling & services, ground engagement products along with all associated and required consumables.

· Active in business development for the above products in your area.

· In an automated environment provide in-field technical expertise for our customers.

· Collect data pertaining to product performance. Analyze, present and provide technical reports complete with recommendations to our end-users

· Extensive travel to remote mine sites throughout Western Canadian Territory. (Minimum 50%)

· Responsible to manage and coordinate the introduction of new products into your region/market.

Qualifications

· Passionate about customer service and going above and beyond for clients

· Five plus years of construction or mining related education and/or work equivalent

· Possess a high degree of individual technical ability & initiative in an automated environment.

· Potential of superior sales & excellent customer service skills

· High level of communication skills for both our end-users and in house Company departments

· Degree in mining related or related fields an asset

· Process a high degree of integrity, work ethic and perseverance

· Willing to assimilate and live in a mid-northern community

· Ability to work independently with initiative and forethought

Renumeration

Very high potential and very competitive to industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
