Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with US clients through effective communication
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Provide high-quality customer support and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support marketing campaigns (email, social media, and outreach)
  • Assist in lead generation and follow-ups from marketing initiatives
  • Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Care, and basic Marketing functions
  • Proven experience working with US clients (voice or non-voice)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and sales funnel
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns
  • Willingness to work in US time zones

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in international sales or BPO environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (lead generation, campaign tracking, analytics)
  • Target-driven and data-oriented mindset
