Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Staff Psychiatrist located in Gurugram. The Staff Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for individuals with mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting clinical consultations, managing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The role also involves contributing to the development of care protocols and participating in ongoing education and research projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care
• Specialized knowledge in Adolescent Psychiatry and Mental Health
• Medical qualifications and experience in general Medicine related to mental health care
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary setting
• MD or equivalent degree in Psychiatry
• Relevant licensure and certification to practice psychiatry in India
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or inpatient psychiatric facilities is an added advantage
