Store Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and queries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-arranged.
• Handle billing using basic computer/mobile applications.
• Manage stock: receiving, checking, and placing items on shelves.
• Support daily store operations and follow store policies.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service in Hindi/Telugu.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Languages: Must be able to speak Hindi and Telugu.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and computer operations.

Skills Needed

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Basic numeracy for handling cash/billing.

Work Location & Timing

• Store-based role; flexible to work in shifts as needed.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
