If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!</p></div><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Sales Support Administrator<br><strong>Company:</strong> Marksman Titan Security Group</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Chicago, Illinois<br><strong>Reports To: </strong>Vice President of Sales Enablement</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Sales Support Administrator role reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and handles client<br>documentation, internal coordination, Salesforce upkeep, vendor compliance, temporary labor<br>coordination, and all business operations related tasks that keep deals and accounts moving.<br>This position frequently interfaces with VPs, Director of Operations, Proposal specialists and<br>clients.</p> <p>This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who communicates<br>clearly, follows structured processes, and stays ahead of deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives<br>in a fast-paced environment, supports multiple stakeholders, and plays a critical part in creating<br>a frictionless experience for clients and for the team.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as liaison between sales, sales enablement, operations, client representatives, and<br>vendors to ensure all sales support processes are executed efficiently and effectively.</li> <li>Monitor risk management compliance, including contract terms and certificate of<br>insurance requirements</li> <li>Provide support to Proposal specialists and Rebid specialists with RFP responses and<br>current client support.</li> <li>Facilitate requests for temporary or surge service in partnership with field operations.</li> <li>Maintain relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors (uniforms, off-duty<br>law enforcement)</li> <li>Coordinate temporary, surge, and special-event service needs with operations</li> <li>Coordinate catering orders, meeting refreshments, and onsite logistics for client<br>presentations, internal meetings, and special events.</li> <li>Manage client appreciation and gift orders, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and timely delivery.</li> <li>Maintain Salesforce CRM data throughout the sales process</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: Post-secondary degree preferred</li> <li>Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination,<br>customer service, project coordination, or other similar roles.</li> <li>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.</li> <li>Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li> <li>Other Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ServiceNow and<br>Salesforce preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but&nbsp;not required.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work unpredictable hours, including&nbsp;some evenings and weekends.</li> <li>Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal&nbsp;background check required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Set You Apart:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting sales teams, operations teams, or proposal/RFP processes</li> <li>Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, or process documentation</li> <li>Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and follow through on details</li> <li>Experience in the security, facilities, property management, or service-based industries</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel:</strong> This is an on-site position five (5) days per week. Ability to travel to client and branch<br>office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana.
