Job Description: Position Purpose Summary: The Fulfilment Coordinator (Telecom Focus) role exists to ensure IT hardware, software, and service requests are efficiently managed from initial request through delivery, setup, and financial completion. By coordinating purchasing, vendor activities, approvals, and asset tracking, the role supports accurate inventory management and responsible use of resources. This contribution enables The Salvation Army in Canada to deliver reliable technology services, control costs, and provide a positive, consistent experience for staff and service locations across the organization. Please note this role is a 12-month contract. Key Accountabilities: Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfilment activities to ensure IT requests progress smoothly from approval through delivery, deployment, and financial close‑out. Validate requisitions, chargebacks, invoices, and asset records to ensure financial accuracy, audit compliance, and cost control. Manage logistics, vendors, and internal resources to meet deployment timelines, resolve delays, and maintain service level commitments. Monitor fulfilment and project performance through KPIs, schedules, variance analysis, and risk assessments, escalating issues as needed. Support project delivery by assisting PMs and the PPMO across planning, execution, reporting, and close‑out activities. Produce clear, timely portfolio, status, and variance reports to inform leadership and enable informed decision‑making. Improve processes by challenging existing workflows, recommending efficiencies, documenting SOPs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to align expectations, support change, and deliver positive outcomes. Education, Experience, and Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's in supply chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an enterprise IT/project environment, with at least 2 years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or logistics; nonprofit or multi-site environment. Experience using ERP and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of GL coding and chargeback models. Proven capability managing project and program financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and cost tracking. Hands-on experience coordinating schedules, documenting plans, and maintaining centralized repositories for fulfilment and project deliverables. Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end fulfilment management lifecycle and associated tools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to maintain high data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure disciplined process compliance. Effective communicator with vendors and stakeholders, able to negotiate timelines, influence without authority, and resolve issues collaboratively. Communication abilities in French is an asset. Adaptable, customer-focused problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, anticipate constraints, and propose cost‑effective solutions. Highly organized, self‑motivated team player who works independently and collaboratively in diverse, fast‑paced, and changing environments. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $58,531.20 to $73,174.40 with a maximum of $87,817.60. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
