Job Description

  • Maintainingcustomer service delivery standards in the branch & ensure consistent client satisfaction
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and defined metrics for ensuring consistent client experience
  • Ensuring root cause analysis is done for all complaints in a proactive manner

FUNCTION: Customer Service

LOCATION: Mumbai

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service

SCOPE OF TRAVEL: High

KEY STAKEHOLDERS (INTERNAL): Sales, Operation, Credit and Collections

KEY STAKEHOLDERS (EXTERNAL)

JOB OVERVIEW: Interaction with customers through different modes of communication (Including - Walk-in Customers, Emails, and calls) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, complaints, and requests about products and services of Shriram housing Fin

REPORTING STRUCTURE: State Customer service

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Post Graduate

EXPERIENCE: 1) Minimum 5 to 6years of experience in Service industry (Banking/ NBFC sector)

  • Candidate should be well versed in Complaints Management and Regulatory complaints
  • Work Experience of handling customers complaints/requests through - Walking Custome
