Vineyard & Farm Assistant (Part-Time)

Trueman Vineyards is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to assist with vineyard maintenance and general farm work on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week).

This role is primarily outdoors and involves a wide range of responsibilities throughout the growing season and beyond. Vineyard duties include hedging, shoot positioning, pruning, and vine training. Additional work may include trellis and fence repair, light earthwork, tree maintenance, and occasional construction projects.

Qualifications

• Horticultural experience required; vineyard experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
