Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales lead boards and estimator communications
- Manage estimation software and maintain price lists
- Produce RFPs for field sales representatives
- Track executed contracts and customer compliance
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business administration or finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- 3+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of construction operations is an asset
