Job Description

Enhance user operations as a skilled IT Support Technician. Manage hardware, software, and troubleshooting for end-users while coordinating with the IT team in a collaborative setting.

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and managing both hardware and software. Your responsibilities include handling user support tickets and performing onboarding/offboarding tasks. You will also provide users with best practices for IT equipment and troubleshoot various devices, including PCs and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-user hardware, software, and subscriptions
  • Review and assign incoming IT support tickets
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding routines
  • Troubleshoot issues on user devices and networks
  • Collaborate effectively with the IT team

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science preferred
  • Experience in help desk/support roles and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and advanced computer skills
