Billing & Claims Resolution Specialist (India)

AR Specialist will work with the RCM team to ensure the Client's AR stays within 30 days and the revenue collections are maximized Track and follow up with insurance payers on the unpaid claimsIdentify denial trends and highlight claim related issues in timely mannerMaintain AR tracker and ensure that the productivity for AR claims follow-up is maintainedDisplay in-depth knowledge and execute standard operating procedures (SOP’s)Communicate clearly and effectively to management on billing issues, concerns, and trendsHave the ability to investigate and get to the bottom of the claim denial reasonsPerform other duties as assignedJob RequirementsStrong knowledge of the US healthcare medical billing terminologyFamiliar with guidelines of US government, commercial and private payersAbility to plan, prioritize, and complete work to meet established objectivesSkilled in handling phone calls in a pleasant mannerHighly proficient with computers, especially Word and ExcelExcellent written and oral English communication skillsPositive attitude and an outgoing personalityAbility to work in night shiftsExperience: More than 1 years’ experience in AR calling – Physician BillingQualification: B.E. / B.
