Low-rise new construction estimator

Job Description

• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates
• Provide pricing to customers and assist in the selection of product to suitable design requirements
• Consult and collaborate with architects on components and design features
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a project
• Establish material take off on scope of work
• Prepare price quotations from client drawings
• Build and maintain client relationships to enhance competitiveness in the industry and promote effective customer relationships
• Assist Project Manager with other duties and responsibilities to support efficient company operations
• Follow up on tenders with intention of recording results

Compensation

• Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
