Role Description

We are hiring a Digital Asset Portfolio and Risk Advisor (Remote – Canada) to support portfolio strategy, risk management, and investment analysis across cryptocurrency and Web3 markets.

This role focuses on evaluating digital asset portfolios, identifying risks, and optimizing allocation strategies. The advisor will play a key role in ensuring disciplined capital deployment, managing volatility exposure, and aligning digital asset strategies with broader multi asset investment frameworks.

The role is ideal for someone with strong experience in both portfolio management and risk assessment within digital asset markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage risk across digital asset portfolios
• Support portfolio allocation and optimization strategies
• Analyze cryptocurrency market trends, volatility, and liquidity conditions
• Identify potential risks and opportunities across Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
• Evaluate tokenomics, project fundamentals, and market exposure
• Develop frameworks for risk management and downside protection
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments
• Collaborate with investment teams to align digital asset strategies with broader portfolios

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain ecosystems
• Experience in portfolio management, risk analysis, or asset allocation
• Knowledge of volatility management, hedging strategies, and risk frameworks
• Understanding of multi asset portfolio construction
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify risk factors
• Familiarity with trading platforms, analytics tools, and risk management systems
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
• Active interest in Web3, digital assets, and alternative investments

Compensation

Salary range: CAD 110,000 – CAD 140,000 per year depending on experience and risk management background

Performance based incentives tied to portfolio performance may also be offered.
