Desktop Support Technician
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Intune Support Technician with experience supporting macOS environments and performing MDM transitions. This role will be responsible for executing scheduled operational tasks, validating results, and escalating issues to Level 3 support when necessary. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Mac devices, and migrating device management from Jamf to Intune.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled workflow tasks, following documented scripts and procedures.
- Walk through all assigned items to ensure completion, accuracy, and proper functionality.
- Validate and verify results from each task, documenting findings and outcomes.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level-3 support as needed.
- Support the migration of Mac devices from Jamf to Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and policy deployment within Intune.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth MDM transition processes.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- 2 years of Intune experience.
- Experience moving MDM from Jamf to Intune.Solid knowledge of Intune, windows and macOS (moving away from Mac).
This is a 6-month contract opportunity with our MN client.
