Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Tiruppur for a Production Merchandiser. The Production Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with production teams, managing client requirements, ensuring quality control, and overseeing timelines to meet delivery schedules. Key daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to manage orders, maintaining communication with clients to address their needs, and ensuring seamless execution of production processes from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge in Sales and Retail to oversee garment production and market trends
• Understanding of Marketing principles to align products with market demands and customer preferences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and systems for production tracking and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the garment industry is advantageous
