About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst with a strong background in real estate financial modeling, market research, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating new land acquisition opportunities, financial due diligence, and transaction structuring. This role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and sales to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling for upcoming real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and retail developments.
• Perform Real estate market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare new land proposals and recommend optimal deal structures such as Outright Purchase, Development Management (DM), Joint Ventures (JV), and Joint Development Agreements (JDA).
• Prepare and analyze due diligence reports for potential land acquisitions and redevelopment projects.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track financial performance and project feasibility.
• Coordinate with liaison, legal, sales, and other teams for technical and financial evaluations of Real estate proposals.
• Assist in preparing financial metrics, ROI calculations, and feasibility studies for investment decisions.
• Track and analyze key Real estate market transactions and trends. Support tender bidding processes and evaluate project valuations. Maintain relationships with channel partners and external stakeholders for business growth.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, financial modeling, and corporate finance within the Real estate industry.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of Real estate transaction structures, valuation techniques, and financial feasibility analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with FSI calculations, redevelopment models, and premium calculations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in liaising with legal and regulatory teams is a plus.
