Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this full-time role, you will manage all incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. This is a key support position that keeps our operations running smoothly.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Location: Charleroi, PA

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring outgoing orders are properly prepared and incoming orders are accurately received and inspected.
• Gather, pack, inspect, and label items for shipment.
• Generate packing slips, invoices, shipping labels, and tracking numbers.
• Compare packing lists to purchase orders to verify accuracy of incoming deliveries.
• Monitor shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing freight.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform other warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, or material handling experience (preferred).
• Forklift experience and certification is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in checking orders and quantities.
• Effective communication skills — able to coordinate with the shop, shipping carriers, and customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Additional Opportunities: Overtime and occasional travel may be available depending on business needs.

Tools & Equipment: All tools and warehouse equipment (including forklifts) are provided by the company.
