We are looking for a Housekeeping Training Manager who can train, manage and standardize housekeeping operations across all our locations.
Role Overview
The Housekeeping Training Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and auditing housekeeping staff across all business units. This role ensures consistent cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across salons, gym, restaurant and hospitality areas.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and implement structured training programs for housekeeping staff.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions.
- Develop SOPs and checklists for cleaning, hygiene and sanitation.
- Train staff on safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment and hygiene protocols.
Operations & Quality Control
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain consistent cleanliness standards across all units.
- Implement infection control and sanitation practices.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide housekeeping supervisors and teams.
- Identify skill gaps and plan ongoing training.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of housekeeping staff.
- Build a culture of discipline, ownership and accountability.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with salon, gym, restaurant and management teams.
- Ensure readiness of spaces for daily operations and peak hours.
- Improve customer experience through high presentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in housekeeping, facility management or hospitality training.
- Strong experience in team training and staff supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards and safety practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from hospitality industry (hotel/restaurant/facility management) will be preferred.
- Certification in housekeeping, hygiene or facility management is a plus.
