The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Gemini models within the Google AI ecosystem, leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and advanced LLM architectures to develop scalable and production-ready GenAI applications.This role requires strong expertise in LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with the ability to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Gemini models on Google Cloud Platform.- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using Gemini APIs and Vertex AI.- Develop multi-modal AI solutions using Gemini capabilities (text, code, reasoning, and document understanding).- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating Gemini models with enterprise data sources.- Perform advanced prompt engineering and prompt optimization for Gemini models to improve response accuracy and reliability.- Build agentic AI workflows and conversational AI systems using Gemini-based LLMs.- Develop and deploy scalable ML pipelines on Vertex AI including training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines.- Integrate Gemini models with vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments on GCP.- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Googles AI ecosystem including Gemini, Vertex AI, and GenAI frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).- Practical experience working with Google Gemini models (Gemini Pro / Gemini APIs / Gemini via Vertex AI).- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Vertex AI.- Experience building GenAI applications using Gemini for text generation, summarization, Q&A, reasoning, and document processing.- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and prompt optimization for Gemini models.- Experience implementing RAG architectures using embeddings, vector databases, and LLMs.- Strong programming expertise in Python with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.- Experience deploying production-grade ML/GenAI applications on cloud infrastructure.- Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and LLM architectures.Good to Have : - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other LLM orchestration frameworks.- Experience building AI agents or agentic AI workflows.- Knowledge of MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.- Familiarity with multi-modal AI applications using Gemini models.Why Join Us : - Work on cutting-edge Generative AI and enterprise-scale AI solutions.- Opportunity to build impactful AI products using Googles latest AI technologies including Gemini.- Collaborate with high-performing data scientists, engineers, and AI practitioners.
