Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, you will efficiently manage calls and coordinate bookings for our Patient Transfer Division.

Your role will require exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bookings and prepare customer correspondence
• Complete customer service specialist shifts as scheduled
• Ensure dispatch operations meet established standards
• Accurately enter orders and price transfers/fares
• De-escalate customer concerns efficiently Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
