Cab Facility: Both-side cab available within serviceable radius
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Chat and Email support
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
- Deliver excellent customer experience with professional communication
- Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when required
Eligibility Criteria
UG/Graduate candidates
Minimum 6 months of Chat/Email Support experience
Typing Speed: 40 WPM
Accuracy: 95%
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
