*Job Summary**
Customer Support is an key position in the company to interact with clients for there Software Issues and give solutions for them for the issues they have raised.
- Responsibilities and Duties**
Have to give support to the customers regarding Software Queries and Error Management at Customer site.
Implementation of Software at the client site.
Must work in Office help desk as well as at client location.
- Key Skills**
Must have knowledge in MSSql, Excel, Computers, Basic Coding Knowledge etc. Accounting Knowledge is an added advantage., Must have good Communication Skill . , Software Troubleshooting.. Must be able to work with Sql Database.
- Benefits**
Training program will be given at our Development office.
Client Site visit Expenses will be paid by the company as per terms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
