Analyst - Admin

Main Purpose

Work as a Receptionist for Trafigura Global Services Pvt. Ltd while liaisoning with different departments for daily administrative activities.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream

  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages - Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Handle Travel Helpdesk for catering to increasing travel requests (domestic / international). The requirements include Visa processing, travel management, ticket booking, hotel booking, airport transfers etc.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Organize meetings
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area

Key Relationships

  • Various departments in TGS (Ops, Finance, HR, IT and others as relevant)
  • External parties (through calls or visiting TGS)
