About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager – AI/LLM at Tracxn, you will lead the development and execution of AI-first internal applications that enhance productivity, automation, and intelligence across the organization.

This is a builder-focused role where you will translate ambiguous business problems into structured product requirements, technical architecture, and scalable AI-first solutions. You will operate at the intersection of product thinking, AI/LLM application design, hands-on engineering, and structured program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the design, planning, and execution of key technical programs.
• Internal AI Application Development: Lead end-to-end development of AI-first internal applications to automate workflows and improve productivity. Prototype and build solutions using modern AI tools like Claude Code with strong engineering practices.
• AI Application Design & Engineering: Design and implement AI-native systems leveraging LLM APIs, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, structured outputs, and internal datasets.
• Business Requirement Translation & Product Thinking: Understand user requirements and translate ambiguous problems into clear PRDs, technical designs, and fully functional internal applications.
• Hands-on Implementation: Build and maintain internal AI tools using production-quality code (Python preferred), ensuring reliable integration with backend systems, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
• Structured Program Execution: Break initiatives into measurable milestones, track system performance (accuracy, latency, cost, adoption), and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in Software Development, AI Engineering, or Technical Projects/Program roles.
• Strong hands-on coding skills (Python preferred).
• Must have experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, automation frameworks, or AI tooling.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured execution.
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, data pipelines, and scalable architecture.
• High ownership mindset with bias for action and rapid iteration.
