We're currently hiring Part Time Front Desk Agents to join our team! What You'll Do: Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Check guests in and out using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests with confidence and care Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, and happenings around San Diego Provide concierge-level service, including coordinating luggage assistance, packages, and VIP needs Maintain accurate room inventory and pricing on our website and booking channels Resolve issues and exceed expectations with a "can-do" approach Support a positive, team-first work environment with great communication Promote guest safety and follow all hotel policies and procedures What We're Looking For: Experience: 12 years in a front desk, concierge, or guest service role (hotel or boutique hospitality preferred) Skills: Computer literate, strong phone etiquette, detail-oriented, excellent multi-tasker Personality: Outgoing, dependable, confident, team-oriented Flexibility: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Bonus: Knowledge of the local San Diego area and its cultural hotspots; additional language abilities to communicate with international guests Why You'll Love It Here: Competitive pay - $19.00 per hour Paid sick time after 90 days Flexible scheduling Discounts at all Eat.Drink.Sleep properties in California and Arizona Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) A beautiful beachfront workplace with a dynamic, professional team Ready to bring your energy and hospitality skills to the beach?
