We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of our digital advertising efforts and directly fuel our company’s growth. What You’ll Do
Campaign Management & Optimization
Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-informed adjustments to bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad creative, and budget allocation.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a paid media strategy aligned with company revenue targets and seasonal demand cycles in the construction industry.
Identify new audience segments and market opportunities to expand our reach across Canada.
Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and lead volume.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain performance dashboards and deliver regular reports to leadership on KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign and landing page improvements.
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, close rates, and feedback loops that improve targeting.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creative and landing page assets.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor advertising activity.
What You Bring
Required:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (verifiable results preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ and optimize toward lead generation or e-commerce KPIs.
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Solid understanding of full-funnel digital marketing — from awareness through to conversion.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
Strong written communication skills for ad copywriting and reporting.
Preferred (Assets):
Google Ads certification(s) and/or Meta Blueprint certification.
Experience in B2B, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead pipeline tracking.
Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, or similar).
Basic knowledge of SEO and how paid and organic strategies complement each other.
