Senior Executive – Online Travel & Affiliate Management (Fully Remote/Service Contract)

We operate in the Canadian tourism and luxury transportation industry through the brands TourBeez, Limo Royal, GTA Coach & Niagara Falls Tour. We provide reliable, well-coordinated travel and transportation services to individuals, corporate clients, and groups.

What You'll Do?

• Manage and update company profiles on platforms like Viator, Expedia, and GetYourGuide
• Upload and maintain tour listings with accurate details, pricing, and availability
• Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images) to improve visibility and bookings
• Monitor customer reviews and coordinate responses to maintain strong ratings
• Work with internal teams to ensure pricing and availability are always up to date
• Run promotions and campaigns on OTA platforms to increase sales
• Coordinate with OTA account managers for better exposure and opportunities
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners (travel agents, websites, influencers)
• Manage affiliate relationships and track performance and commissions
• Analyze bookings, revenue, and conversions; provide regular reports and insights

What We're Looking For?

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, travel industry, or similar
• Familiarity with platforms like Viator, Expedia, or similar OTAs is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms
