Next js and Flutter Developer (Fullstack Developer)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Next js and Flutter) who is passionate about building modern web and mobile applications and is interested in using AI-powered tools to improve coding efficiency, code quality, and development workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across frontend and backend development and be comfortable working with modern frameworks and cross-platform mobile technologies. This role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.

Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Next.js and React.js.

Support and maintain legacy UI components using jQuery when required.

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.

Leverage AI-powered tools for code generation, debugging, optimization, testing, and refactoring to improve development productivity.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Contribute to improving development workflows and engineering best practices.

Mandatory Skills

Strong understanding of AI-assisted development including the use of AI tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, and testing.

Hands-on experience with Next.js and modern React development.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with jQuery for DOM manipulation and legacy UI support.

Hands-on experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.

Experience using Git and modern version control workflows.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Spring Boot for backend development or microservices.

Knowledge of MariaDB or similar relational databases including schema design and query optimization.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Approximately three to four years of professional experience in full stack or application development.

Working days and Timings:Monday to Saturday; 9AM - 6:30PM IST and should be available beyond office standard working hours as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
