Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of children with diverse developmental challenges. Responsibilities include designing interventions to enhance physical, sensory, and cognitive functions, collaborating with other specialists and caregivers, and maintaining detailed records of progress. The therapist will play a vital role in helping children develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat developmental or physical challenges in children.
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles applicable to pediatric care.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Specialized experience working with Pediatrics, focusing on developmental and functional skill-building for children.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to create a positive and nurturing therapy environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in child development or pediatric occupational therapy is highly advantageous.
