• Excellence in Customer Service and Guest interaction
• Managing the wait list and working with Barbers
• Follow the Tommy Guns system
• Share National Promotions with Guests
• Open/close duties
• POS/transaction
• Support overall barbershop cleanliness
• Retail Sales
• Any other duties outlined by shop manager
