Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts
• Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies and coverage options
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing client relationships
• Promote insurance products through targeted marketing initiatives and personalized consultations

Skills

• Proven experience in insurance sales
• Strong negotiation abilities paired with excellent communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve a diverse client base effectively
• Solid analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and policy management systems
• Customer service orientation combined with effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses, with significant earning potential for high-performing agents.
