Software Engineer

About the RoleWe're looking for a software engineer to join our small, high-leverage team at ToltIQ. You'll work across our Python backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations, shipping features end-to-end in a codebase that touches real users every day. We're looking for someone who's curious about infrastructure, genuinely interested in how AI and LLMs apply to real products, and comfortable working independently, shipping incrementally, and asking good questions along the way. We're a small team moving fast, which means the work you do here has real impact from day one. This position is based in the greater New York City area. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in our NYC office. The yearly salary range for this job is $100,000-$150,000.
