As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a key part of our TA team, contributing to how we find and attract technical talent at Toast. You'll manage the full recruitment process, focusing on building robust candidate pools, making sure candidates have a great experience, and adapting to different hiring needs.
The Tech TA team is a group of collaborative members who care about their craft, and who value the deep relationships they’ve built with their partners across the business. We're dedicated to finding the best candidates to support the growth of our company. In addition to finding the right person for each job we work, we make time to have some fun along the way!
A day in the life (Responsibilities)

Partner strategically with senior leaders across Technical teams to ensure we build talent pipelines to fit our functional needs, our mission, and our culture.

Manage and maintain deep working relationships with stakeholders, providing regular, transparent, and data-driven updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and potential challenges.

Build sourcing strategies, plans and pipelines with due consideration to the importance of both quality and diversity
