We are growing fast and currently expanding our talented Research team. We are looking for new Analysts to join the company on a full-time basis with remote working offering (from home), based in India.

Successful candidates will have a natural flair in research, understanding the concepts of finance, Debt Financings and M&A;, with quick reading skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail, helping us in finding and collating articles for our company news feed and processing the information for our database.

Deal Data Research – Junior Analyst

Vacancies - 3 positions

The candidate will be:

• Conducting research pertaining to mergers & acquisitions in the Digital Infrastructure especially telecoms sector for our M&A; database consisting of over 15,000 deals.
• Expected to support the back-end work for inputting the M&A; transactions in the deals database.
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assisting in the creation of company profiles pertaining to mergers & acquisitions database.

Expected to have an understanding of debt markets especially financings.

Qualifications/Skills

· Strong analytical and research skills

· Excellent reading skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in financial research, especially in mergers and acquisitions

· Basic understanding of the digital infrastructure especially the telecoms sector

· Excellent data interpretation and problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software will be beneficial

· Ability to work independently and remotely (work from home)

· Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Postgraduates or CFA will be beneficial.
