Dynamic District Manager for Retail Operations

• Lead Store Management teams to achieve financial targets
• Oversee district budgets, P&L, and expense control

• Manage new store openings, renovations, and relocations
• Provide coaching and training to store leaders Requirements:
• Minimum high school education; business management preferred
• 5 years of management experience in retail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
