Role Description The Head of Learning and Development will lead the design and execution of training initiatives, foster a culture of continuous learning, and implement effective learning management systems. The role involves creating and managing training programs, succession planning strategies, and employee engagement initiatives to support professional growth and organizational development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training & Development, including designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience with Learning Management and implementing systems to support employee learning and growth.
- Strong knowledge of Succession Planning to ensure the company maintains a pipeline of future leaders.
- Proficiency in Employee Engagement strategies to boost morale and enhance organizational culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team collaboration.
- Previous experience in learning and development in a fast-growing or design-focused industry is a strong advantage.
- A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is preferred.
