Senior Analyst, Long Range Planning (Timberland Americas)
This role will support the Timberland Americas organization in developing five-year strategic plans across regions and channels by driving growth through data management, analytics, and forecasting. The role will deliver insights that align Americas plans with global long-range strategies.
This work will directly inform and support the annual budget process, KPI communication, marketing initiatives, and operational planning to help achieve revenue and margin goals while driving product growth strategies.
As a trusted member of the Americas Business Planning team, you will report to the Manager, Americas Marketplace Reporting and Analytics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop 5-Year long-range plans aligned to global strategy meeting decisions by sub-brand, country, channel and global brand architecture.
- Lead deep-dive analyses at the key account and retail channel levels to support sustainable growth.
- Perform KPI variance analysis, monitor performance against strategic objectives, and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Analyze business trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations to support management’s strategic decision-making.
- Design, build and enhance operational dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility to KPI’s; utilize dashboards to create and deliver clear, impactful presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and enhance excel models for the annual budget and 5‑year strategic plan, with a focus on sales, margin, KPI performance, and product mix analysis.
- Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize large datasets using advanced Excel and Power BI to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations and presentations.
- Collaborate and partner cross‑functionally with merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Build store‑level and e‑commerce KPI analyses to validate long‑range plan assumptions and “what‑must‑be‑true” scenarios.
- Oversee multiple projects and competing priorities, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and adherence to timelines.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the wholesale and/or retail industry preferred
- Proven experience in sales and margin forecasting and modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adeptness in demonstrating strong and effective written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
- Curious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.

Assistant Store Manager
As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You assist in maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals. - Maximize store sales, achieve store sales goals and monitor sales progress & results against key targets.
- Inspire and model a consumer centric mindset by exemplifying selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
- Support the Store Manager with networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing high caliber talent.
- Provide direct coaching, feedback, training and supervision of the associates, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and in compliance.
- Demonstrate clear communication, training, and coaching to assist in setting expectations on customer engagement, store policies and procedures as well as fostering a strong team.
- Assist in managing expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
- Cultivate an environment of productivity by ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.

- 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience
