Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily Tim Hortons restaurant operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of QSR operations and management. This role involves supporting Restaurant Managers and Staff through leadership and direction to ensure brand standards are maintained and exceeded. The Operations Manager will coach and oversee the various management teams on all aspects of restaurant operations and performance. These include operational and financial performance, sales growth strategies, guest satisfaction, Team Member satisfaction and engagement, Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and achieving company objectives through effective team management, recruitment, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses strong business development and financial acumen skills as they relate to QSR operations (food cost analysis, labour productivity and OpEx).

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years extensive QSR management experience
• Open availability and a valid drivers license are a MUST
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional hospitality skills
• Works well under pressure
• Can prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to work in-restaurant to oversee operations and management teams
• Financial literacy and analytical problem solving skills
