We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic technology professional who is eager to learn and quickly adapt to emerging tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading small teams and driving high-impact client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to deliver client solutions, rapid prototypes, PoCs, and PoVs.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Python (must-have) with hands-on experience building scalable, optimized applications using open-source libraries.
• Own and manage end-to-end data engineering workflows, including: Designing and maintaining automated data pipelines (ingestion, processing, optimization). Data modeling and structuring. Ensuring data quality and governance. Managing operational reliability and performance.

Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud/platform ecosystem (mandatory): AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Strong experience in Generative AI, including: Hands-on work with LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Building and implementing agentic AI solution frameworks. Advanced usage of AI copilots. Familiarity with AgentOps practices. Exposure to cloud-specific GenAI ecosystems.
