Job Description
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, technology solutions, account management, and consultative selling.
This role combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, client meetings, networking events, and occasional office attendance in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business solutions to decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities
- Represent Tier0Solutions Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or related roles
- Experience selling technology, IT services, SaaS, consulting, or business solutions is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable conducting presentations and client meetings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA as needed
Pay: $42,760.25-$132,601.73 per year
