Full-Time School Psychologist Need

We're Hiring: Life Coach (School Counsellor) Location: Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur & Salem

In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers and parents to support holistic student development — with a strong focus on students' physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Lead and facilitate Tieke's character-building program within the school

• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate student well-being into daily school life
• Sc. in Psychology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and adolescents
• Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)
• Comfortable with digital tools and basic data/reporting systems

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in school counselling, life skills education or student wellness roles
• Freshers with a strong interest in school counselling are encouraged to apply
